JUST ORDERED? READ THIS FIRST

For the first 3–5 days your tracking will show very little — often just “Info Received” or “Label Created”, and sometimes nothing at all. That is completely normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Your tracking number is created the moment your order is packed, but the carrier only starts posting updates once the parcel is physically scanned into their network. Until that first scan happens, the page stays quiet.

Once it moves, updates come through steadily until delivery. Typical total delivery time is 5–8 business days.

WHAT THE STATUSES MEAN
Info Received — packed and labelled, waiting for the carrier’s first scan. Normal for the first few days.
In Transit — on the move. Long gaps between updates are normal while it crosses borders.
Out for Delivery — arriving today. Keep an eye out.
NO TRACKING NUMBER YET?
